Free template!

This is my very first template, so I could use some feedback! Try it out and let me know if there is anything I should change about it! Also, is it visually appealing? I mean, the colors and everything - or should I use different colors to make it stand out more? I am kind of a perfectionist sometimes, lol... The template is ok for commercial use - meaning that designers can use it with their kits to make quickpages to give away or sell =)

download HERE

here is another download link since the other is saying I'm out of bandwidth! HERE

I downloaded it, but it can't be opened in PSP, it says that the color model of this PSD file is not supported ;(

Hi! It's Cara (SweetTomatoScrapper from Scrap Matters)...I love this template. My only critique is that I like to put shadows on the parts that would generally have them, I think it makes the pages pop, imho. I know I'm late, but I've posted the link to your blog and the award tonight. THANKS so much, and I did get in a shop last week, so I'm on my way. SM missed out on 2 really cool designers, didn't they?
